SHIPPING INFORMATION
We currently ship to the continental United States only. You may choose to have your order shipped by UPS or by USPS. We are currently working on integrating the shopping cart with rate tables for various shippers so that you may choose the most appropriate shipping for your circumstances. We also insure our shipments, so please notify us right away should there be any damage.
A handling fee of $2.00 per order is added by the shopping cart to help defray the cost of cartons, bubble wrap, styrofoam "peanuts",and other shipping supplies. We want to keep the prices for our products as low as possible, so we do have to make sure that our shipping costs are covered! If you have any questions or need to make special shipping arrangements, please contact us.
If you choose to order off-line, we will weigh your shipment and calculate the shipping and insurance cost. We will be happy to let you know the total cost prior to shipping if you give us an e-mail address or telephone number at which we can reach you.
If you would like to arrange special shipping options, for instance overnight shipping with ice packs if you wish us to ship chocolate during the Summer, please be sure to call us during store hours (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM Eastern Time, and Friday 10 AM to 8 PM Eastern time) so that we may assist you. If you wish to use your own company account at Fedex or UPS, we will only charge the handling fee to cover our shipping materials.
